Finance Analyst; Associate

BP Consulting Group is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst (Associate) to join our growing team. This role will support financial analysis, business assessments, regulatory reviews, and strategic finance projects across various industries.

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and business performance analysis.
• Research and assess relevant financial regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare financial reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects related to corporate finance, business transformation, and investment analysis.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

• Master's Degree (S2) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, corporate governance, and business laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
