Kokoon Hotel Surabaya, we are hiring! Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM)
General Requirements- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate and familiar with Hotel System
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in 4 stars/chain hotel is preferred
- Minimum D3 in relevant hotel industry
- Target/Revenue oriented
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Mature
- Able to work in a team
- Able to set sales & marketing goal for the company
- Able to set policy and procedure for sales & marketing
- Has good understanding about e-commerce and revenue management
- Able to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate
- Analytical and problem solving
