Job Description

Assists in implementing the brand and hotel strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability for the Food & Beverage departments.

Has managerial responsibility for all the positions in his or her remit; ensures the team's talents are developed.

Is responsible for providing innovation and renewal in the hotel's service offer, with particular focus on meetings and events.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant and banquet management role.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and costs including payroll and expenses.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understand guest expectation for a five star property.
  • Ability to animate our main outlet Embers Open Fire Grill Restaurant as an independent restaurant focusing on outside clientele.
Responsibilities

The F&B Manager assists in implementing the brand and hotel strategy to meet service quality and profitability targets. They are responsible for managing the team and ensuring innovation in the hotel's service offerings, particularly for meetings and events.
