• Develop strong relationship with media contacts and other relevant authorities
• Develop interactive communication through various channels & related marketing materials to strengthen its brand presence
• Ensure all communication channels are in line with the Corporate , display clarity, precision and engaging content
• Support the Director of S&M and other departments in the communication channel
• Have strong media crisis management in accordance with the company guidelines
• Ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation in the team

• Has experience in a similar capacity in an international chain hotel
• Fluent in English and local language both in written and spoken
• Has a passion for communications and public relations
• Has strong business communications and interpersonal skills
• Think[s] outside of the box while leading change within the hotel
• Loves to be creative with an eye for detail
• Proficient with communications technologies
