PT. IAS Hospitality Indonesia seeks a friendly lounge attendant to assist guests at Bandar Udara Juanda lounge in Surabaya. You will help with seating, provide flight information, and support guests with special needs to ensure comfort and high service standards.
You will monitor the lounge, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service. Diploma 1 in hospitality is preferred;
English communication is required, and weekend shifts may apply.
