Kualifikasi mana yang kamu miliki?
- Menjelaskan karakteristik wine dengan cara yang engaging dan mudah dipahami
- Membantu meningkatkan wine sales melalui suggestive selling & wine pairing
- Memastikan wine disimpan dan disajikan sesuai standar
- Memberikan personalized service kepada VIP & special guests
- Berkolaborasi dengan Service, Kitchen, Bar, dan Management
- Terus meningkatkan wine knowledge dan hospitality skills
- Minimal SMA/SMK;
Hospitality/Tourism menjadi nilai tambah - Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di restoran, hotel, fine dining, premium dining, wine bar, atau hospitality
- Pengalaman sebagai Wine Butler, Wine Steward, Sommelier, Captain, atau Senior Waiter menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki basic knowledge mengenai wine, grape varieties, wine regions, dan food pairing; mampunyai Wine certification seperti WSET atau sertifikasi wine lainnya merupakan nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan confident saat berinteraksi dengan tamu
- Memiliki passion terhadap hospitality dan wine
- Grooming rapi dan memiliki professional appearance
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk weekend dan public holiday
