Restaurant & Banquet Operations Lead

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Caterer to lead their expanding event catering division in Surabaya
. This role is critical in ensuring the flawless execution of all catering services, from initial client consultation through to event completion. You will be responsible for managing the catering team, overseeing logistics, maintaining exceptional food quality, and ensuring seamless event delivery, contributing to the company's reputation as a premier event services provider in the region, focusing on memorable and stress-free experiences for clients.

• Oversee all aspects of event catering, including menu planning, food preparation, service, and cleanup.
• Manage and coordinate the catering staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and professional conduct during events.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event specifications.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the catering environment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of catering supplies and ingredients efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event setup or execution.

• Extensive experience in event catering management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of culinary operations, food presentation, and service standards.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in event logistics and coordination.
• Knowledge of Indonesian culinary traditions and international cuisine is a plus.
