Director of Revenue Management - Remote Hospitality Specialist
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue Management to lead their pricing and inventory strategies across multiple hospitality properties, operating in a fully remote capacity. This senior role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, forecasting, and optimization techniques to maximize revenue and profitability. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement effective revenue management strategies, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal occupancy.

- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage pricing, inventory controls, and distribution channels across all relevant platforms to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in revenue management and the hospitality industry

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in revenue management, with a strong focus on the hospitality industry
. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue management strategies in a remote or distributed setting.
- Expertise in revenue management systems (RMS), forecasting tools, and data analysis software
