Position: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy:
    Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various roles.
  • Sourcing & Outreach:
    Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source and engage qualified candidates.
  • Candidate

    Experience:

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding:
    Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and promote it through job fairs, social media, and other platforms.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes, improve time-to-hire, and enhance quality of hires.
  • Team Leadership:
    Mentor and manage a team of recruiters (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Market Insights:
    Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
