Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and values.
- Provide guidance and support to management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to support production and business demands.
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
