- Educational Background:
Bachelor/Master Degree (S1/S2) Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management. - Minimum 10 years in Human Capital, especially 3 years in Managerial level.
- Experienced to execute HC strategies in several manufacturing company.
- Experienced in managing manpower fulfillment & talent management.
- Experienced in managing people, organizational, and culture development.
- Experienced in implementing management system ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and labor laws.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
- Placement in Surabaya and Sidoarjo.
