Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in Psychology / HR / Management / Law / Legal
• 3‑5 years of experience in Legal & HRGA or a similar position, preferably in F&B / retail sector
• Experience in General Affairs & proficient with HRIS software
• Strong knowledge of Laws and Regulations
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment, proactive, flexible, and detailed‑oriented

• Manage & support all HR activities
  , such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Development, Addressing employee queries, Investigating allegations of misconduct, etc
• Handle & coordinate General Affairs such as maintenance / repair / improvement & technician schedule, organize company events, ensures timely maintenance of assets, keep track of all asset, etc
• Manage & maintain all company Legal activities such as Legal advice & solution on Legal matters, Government regulations, review & negotiate contracts/agreements, BPJS, OSS system, employment, partners/vendors, etc
• Prepare, review & maintain all company Legal documents, contract & administrative
