Position: Assistant Retail Manager )
Job Responsibilities Achieve total & MH sell-out targets in each region, city, and branch.Track sell-out performance by store, investigate issues, and coordinate with related departments to maximize sell-out.Manage field force in respective areas, including team leaders, MDs, and promoters. Provide direction and manage KPIs of each field force.Support HO Store Management in tracking and managing retail assets such as product displays, booths, POSM distribution, and signboards.Develop ideas and suggestions for sell-out activity programs at branches.Operate, track, and report on dealer activity sponsorship programs at branches.Monitor competitors' sell-out activities at branches, generate suggestions, key findings, and countermeasures.Coordinate daily with Branch and Area Managers to ensure alignment between sell-in and sell-out.Develop an effective reporting system based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.Conduct regular store visits and market surveys.Conduct training at branches with support from the HO training team.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Specialist.Excellent sales management and relationship-building skills.Strong leadership and people management skills.Good analytical thinking, market, and competitor analysis skills.Meticulous with attention to detail.Proficient in reporting at a managerial level.Skilled in MS Excel and related applications.AQUA Elektronik Product Service & Support Live Chat
