Sales Director- Automotive

Degree or diploma in Management, Marketing, or any related field

10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years as a Sales Manager or in any senior leadership role

Skills:

In- depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques, and understanding of the industry and market dynamics

Proven track record of achieving sales target and driving revenue growth

High emotional intelligence

Strong leadership, management, communication and negotiation skills

Adept at strategic thinking and decision making

Agility in responding to market changes

Resilience and adaptability to economic fluctuations and market conditions, as well as organizational needs

Strategic vision to lead the sales team to its new height and contribute to the overall success of organization
