As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, discipline, and execution excellence across sales, delivery, people operations, and internal systems.
This role works closely with the CEO and plays a critical part in ensuring the company operates efficiently, consistently, and ready to scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocument, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational processes.
Ensure sales processes are executed according to SOPs, including reviewing follow-ups, customer communication, and response discipline.
Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
Cross-Department CoordinationCoordinate closely with Project Managers and team leads to ensure all departments meet timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks

Ensure teams are working according to schedules and operational plans.
Anticipate operational risks and guide preventive measures across all departments.
People Operations & CultureEnsure onboarding processes for new employees are executed consistently according to SOPs.
Direct and lead the operations team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative, high-achieving culture

Strengthen company culture as the organization scales.
Performance Management & KPIsDesign and implement departmental KPIs aligned with the Annual Program Plan.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
Finance & ComplianceCoordinate with the finance team to monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance related to operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Strategic Partnership with CEOWork closely with the CEO on system implementation, operational planning, and execution priorities

Act as a key execution partner to translate strategy into day-to-day operations.
Office & Organizational OperationsManage office operations, team coordination, and cross-department activities.
Support business continuity and operational readiness for growth.
Job Requirements Experience & BackgroundMinimum 2 years in a Head-level role
, or 3+ years of experience in operations
.
Strong background in software development, engineering operations, or technical delivery
.
Proven experience managing staff and improving team performance.
Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
, both internally and externally.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams while remaining hands-on when needed.
Team player with the ability to work independently and decisively
.
Position is based in Surabaya

Willing to undertake frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel
