Tanggung Jawab
- Mengelola dan mengawasi seluruh fungsi HR dan GA.
- Menyusun strategi pengelolaan SDM dan GA sesuai kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan (FnB, Retail, & Farm).
- Mengawasi fungsi HR: rekrutmen, remunerasi, OD, PD, HI, dan administrasi.
- Mengawasi fungsi GA: aset, fasilitas, perizinan & legalitas, keamanan, kebersihan, dan layanan umum.
- Membina dan mengarahkan tim HRD & tim GA.
- Menjadi mitra strategis manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait SDM dan GA.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Manajemen / Hukum / sejenis.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang HRGA, termasuk posisi manajerial.
- Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, hubungan industrial, dan pengelolaan GA.
- Memiliki leadership, komunikasi, analisa, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Terbiasa menangani multi unit bisnis.
