Requirements
- Minimal pendidikan S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang marketing
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri kreatif, studio foto, studio musik, agensi, atau event.
- Memahami tren pemasaran digital dan offline, serta mampu mengembangkan campaign yang relevan dengan audiens muda dan kreatif.
- Kuat dalam perencanaan strategi, eksekusi, dan evaluasi hasil.
- Mahir dalam tools digital marketing:
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, dll. - Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik.
- Berorientasi pada target, kreatif, dan memiliki leadership yang kuat.
