PT Mash Moshem Indonesia is a fast-growing private label cosmetic manufacturer established in 2011. We’ve worked with 1800+ beauty brands across Indonesia, creating products that inspire millions of beauty enthusiasts. We are expanding our team and looking for Ads Specialist to join us.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage paid advertising across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube / Performance Max), Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), and Tik Tok Ads end-to-end.
  • Develop and execute paid ads strategies aligned with business objectives: awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns (audience targeting, keyword research, bidding, budget allocation, placements).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, audiences, keywords, and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance on a daily and weekly basis based on KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Lead Quality.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for briefing, evaluation, and development of ad creatives.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns and scale high‑performing campaigns.
  • Optimize funnels and landing pages with related teams to improve lead quality.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly ad performance reports complete with insights and improvement recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer.
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Tik Tok Ads
  • Experience running lead generation and conversion campaigns; experience in B2B or service‑based businesses is a plus.
  • Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with:
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking setup and management
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Pixel and conversion tracking (Meta & Tik Tok)
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, as well as keyword research and search intent.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and make data‑driven decisions based on ad performance.
  • Understanding of creative performance (video and static ads) and how to optimize them.
  • Accustomed to working with KPI targets and managing ad budgets.
  • Communicative, detail‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in continuous optimization.
