We are looking for a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to help us scale and optimize our marketplace business across Shopee ,Tik Tok Shop and other marketplaces.
This role is for someone who can think strategically, execute fast, and work founder to maximize growth performance. You will not just run campaigns — you will help identify opportunities, solve bottlenecks, and drive measurable growth.
What You Will Focus On- Revenue growth across marketplace channels
- Improving AOV (Average Order Value)
- Conversion rate optimization (CVR)
- Repeat purchase & customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Campaign planning and execution
- Competitor benchmarking and market insights
- Data-driven decision making to improve performance
- Marketing efficiency & profitability
- Analyze marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Optimize listing performance, promo strategy, and campaign execution
- Create bundling, upsell, and offer strategies to increase order value
- Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and campaign trends
- Collaborate closely with founder, creative, and operations team
- Build weekly performance reports with clear action plans
- 2+ years of experience managing Shopee, Tik Tok Shop and other marketplaces
- Strong understanding of GMV, ROAS, CPA, AOV, CVR, and LTV
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
- Able to make decisions based on data
- Able to think strategically and execute independently
- Proactive, ownership-oriented, and problem solver
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work under pressure / target
- Experience in FMCG / household / retail categories
- Experience managing ads or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of marketplace customer behavior
