Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Write clear, creative, and engaging captions and social copy.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to increase engagement.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.
- Track and analyze social media performance and insights.
- Support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social platforms.
- Good copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Familiar with social media analytics and management tools.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic content editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut) are a plus.
