r that will be responsible for driving the Company's Sales and Marketing Strategy to achieve targets. Candidates will work closely with the senior management team to identify Potential Customers and New Market Opportunitie

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products.

Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing leadership, coaching and development.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with key customers.

Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to achieve sales target and marketing strategy.

Collaborate with the production and logistic teams to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders.

Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.

Significant experience (3+ years) in a sales or marketing management role, ideally within the Yarn For Textile, Textile Industry or manufacturing industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that have driven business growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyse data.

Effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, and also digital marketing platforms.
