Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively schedule and conduct daily meetings (both offline and online) with schools, universities, and educational stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships as the main coordinator for participant recruitment
• Initiate contact through multiple channels (calls, emails, and direct engagements)
• Serve as IGN's ambassador, effectively communicating program value to potential partners
• Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements (MoUs)
• Maintain active relationships with existing partners through consistent follow-ups
• Develop tailored presentations for different partner profiles and needs
• Manage ongoing engagement with current and past partners
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
• Provide regular updates on partnership progress

Requirements:

• Domiciled in Surabaya.
• Strong connections or relationships with schools or educational institutions.
• Prior experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a results-driven focus.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
