Responsibilities
Regularly generate and submit accurate reports on sales channels, quotations, sales forecasts, and payment collection.Communicate with clients regarding implemented projects to ensure delivery is within the scope specified in purchase orders/sales contracts and issue invoices accordingly.Establish and maintain good relationships with all clients through regular phone calls and visits. Conduct formal presentations to clients and the industry as needed.Maintain the existing client base and continuously develop new clients to achieve sustained business growth.Continuously collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors' activities, products, prices, promotions, etc.Communicate and coordinate with the sales and marketing support departments and the finance department regarding workflow systems, timely collection of client payments, credit issues, and maintaining a good client credit record.Always ensure timely and accurate responses to all clients.Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Business or equivalent, a results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Proven experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or service role within injection molding machines, injection molds, auxiliary equipment for injection molding machines.Strong technical understanding of injection processes, and with automotive/vehicle parts, 3C electronic products, plastic manufacturing customer resources will be an advantage.Strong understanding of the Indonesian plastic manufacturing market dynamics and sales landscape, with great analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.Required skills includes communication skills, presentation, sales, project management, negotiation, foster teamwork, prioritize options and good administrative skills.With solid driving license and available for business trips.Seniority level
