• Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot client issues

• Act as a key point of contact for customers and deliver exceptional service
• Support sales activities through strong sales ability and a proactive customer-approach mindset
• Deliver clear, persuasive technical presentations to clients to improve efficiency & reduce costs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in technical support, engineering, maintenance, or industrial environments
• High sales aptitude and confidence in approaching customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site in various industrial settings
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
