- Drive cross‑selling of relevant products to existing merchants based on their business needs.
- Maintain regular communication with merchants to address inquiries, provide updates, and strengthen relationships.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or merchant‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence merchant decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple merchants and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in handling promotions, campaigns, or upselling initiatives.
- Prior experience working with CRM or sales tracking tools.
