* Job summary:
** This role requires a self-starter mentality and eagerness to create new opportunities for Enterprise Informatics (EI), with a passion for building new customer relationships, winning new profitable deals, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.
** Your role:
*** Prospect and qualify new customer opportunities to expand the sales pipeline and accelerate acquisition.
* Develop and execute targeted account strategies supported by market and competitor insights.
* Build strong customer relationships and engage stakeholders—from clinical users to C‑suite—to uncover needs and opportunities.
* Deliver compelling value propositions and partner with Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise throughout the sales cycle.
* Lead contract discussions to close deals with favorable, mutually beneficial terms.
* Maintain accurate data to support reliable forecasting and performance tracking.
** You're the right fit if:
*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or equivalent, with a demonstrated record of developing and executing account strategies that consistently achieve commercial and sales objectives.
* Strong background in Healthcare IT or deep understanding of hospital operations, including experience managing software sales funnels and prioritizing high‑impact opportunities.
* Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior clinical leaders and C‑suite executives, supported by a strong customer‑centric approach.
* Skilled in communicating the value of technical software or medical solutions and effectively leveraging specialist resources to deliver tailored customer offerings.
* Resilient and adaptable sales professional with excellent communication skills, a strong quality and patient‑safety mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
