Position: Area Sales Based)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the performance of Area Coordinators (Korwil) within the assigned territory to ensure optimal execution of sales strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by driving effective sales execution, territory coverage, and team productivity.
  • Control and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR),
    Sales In (SI),
    Sales Out (SO), stock levels, and distribution effectiveness across the assigned area.
  • Ensure product availability and proper distribution flow in line with company standards and sales objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and continuously motivate the sales team under direct supervision to improve capability, discipline, and performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to strengthen team execution and market presence.
Job Requirements
  • Based in Surabaya will be a plus.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, preferably as an Area Sales Supervisor or similar role handling General Trade (GT) channels.
  • Proven experience managing regional sales areas
    , preferably within the Sumatra region.
  • Strong understanding of GT distribution systems
    , including distributor management, sales coverage, and outlet execution.
  • Hands‑on experience in controlling Accounts Receivable (AR),
    Sales In (SI),
    Sales Out (SO), stock management, and area distribution flow.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams
    , including Area Coordinators or field sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and internal teams.
  • High level of discipline, integrity, and accountability in achieving sales targets.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
  • Experience in FMCG, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
