Manage daily marketplace operations including product uploads, price updates, stock management, and product descriptions.
Ensure product listings are optimized in line with branding guidelines and campaign strategies.
Plan and execute promotional activities on e-commerce platforms (flash sales, vouchers, bundling, thematic campaigns).
Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through marketplace chat in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, promotions, product positioning).
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
Optimize marketplace SEO to improve product visibility and ranking.
Maintain store performance metrics, ratings, and overall account health.
RequirementsMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
Experienced in managing platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or Tik Tok Shop.
Familiar with marketplace advertising tools and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
Target-driven and able to work under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
