We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team, reporting directly to the Key Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strategic, long‑term partnerships with our most valued client companies from across Indonesia’s diverse business landscape. Your expertise will be essential in proactively identifying and addressing client needs, providing comprehensive support to resolve challenges, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that drives mutual success.
