Senior Sales Executive

We are currently assisting our client, a Printing and Packaging Services company, in hiring for a Senior Sales position based in Surabaya.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in printing services (offset printing, packaging, custom box, etc.)
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and printing samples to clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of printing processes (e.g., offset, digital, custom packaging).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
