Position: Senior Sales Specialist (TIS

Role Summary

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The position requires a strategic approach to sales and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Functions / Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Generation – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets; identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation; build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business; conduct product presentations to potential customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑value customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly; collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention; handle customer complaints.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies; provide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, and potential product improvements.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in dashboard reports; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for territory/account leaders.
  • Leadership and Mentorship – Share best practices and contribute to a high‑performance sales culture.
  • Functional / Technical Skills
    • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
    • Self‑starter with a results orientation and a proven ability to move business toward long‑term goals.
    • Experience in cardiovascular therapy or the medical device industry.
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    Education & Experience
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy.
    • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory.
    • Experience managing a cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory.
    • Willingness to be based in Surabaya; this role will manage the East Java region.
