Role Summary
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The position requires a strategic approach to sales and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the industry.

- Self‑starter with a results orientation and a proven ability to move business toward long‑term goals.
- Experience in cardiovascular therapy or the medical device industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory.
- Experience managing a cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya; this role will manage the East Java region.
