Job Title: Senior Associate, Sales (NE)

Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Senior Sales Associate (NE) to cover Bali and Nusa Tenggara territories and reporting to the Head of Sales. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through three main areas of responsibility: maintaining an existing portfolio, obtaining new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
  • Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders.
  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
Requirements
  • Possesses a business or technical degree or has completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience.
  • Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.
  • Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
