Senior IT Account Manager
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Seeking high-performing sales professionals who are ready to advance to a level above merely selling products, but building strategic relationships (account management) and winning large-value projects in the IT industry.
- Individuals with a combination of sales instinct, account management, and strong relationships.
Penilaian kinerja:
- Maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating that meets company standards.
- Completing required work and projects within specified timelines.
- Meeting expectations set for project profit targets.
- Meeting KPI and performance appraisal requirements.
Kualifikasi Umum:
- Track record of closing projects or deals with a total value of 5 to 10 billion IDR per year (private, state-owned, or government clients).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader (preferable).
- Active client network, potential, and well-maintained relationships.
- Understanding of general IT product solutions.
- Minimum S1 education (preferable).
