- Heavyweight hunter sales profile from Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
- Minimum 10 years experience in:
- Ocean Freight Sales
- Freight Forwarding (FF) Sales
- Ocean Freight Operations Manager with strong commercial exposure
- Seniority level:
Manager to General Manager - Age range:
35–47 years old - Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya
- Strong Ocean Freight background (non-negotiable)
- Good understanding of:
- Export & Import regulations
- Customs Clearance processes
- International freight forwarding operations
- Able to discuss logistics solutions with customers and operations teams
- Proven hunter with track record of winning new business
- Able to develop and execute sales strategies
- Experience achieving revenue and profit targets
- Able to identify and penetrate new accounts in East Java market
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
