Drive revenue growth and expand market share by promoting and selling the product across all channels. Build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
• Identify and prospect new customers to expand the distribution network
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, follow‑ups, and excellent customer service
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Possess a Class C Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacies, and hospitals
• Team player with a strong work ethic, high level of honesty and discipline
• Willingness to work in various locations
• Familiarity with the Surabaya area
• Proficiency in computer operations

• Proficient in English
• Experience handling cosmetic/skincare/aesthetic products
