About the RoleGrow Mead Johnson’s business in the assigned territory by implementing agreed tactics and strategies, optimally utilizing the available resources, and ensuring business performance and goals are achieved and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Grow Mead Johnson’s business in your territory and achieve or exceed agreed business results and demand generation targets.
- Identify business potential in your territory and develop a specific plan to gain market share.
- Frequently and consistently track, evaluate, and take appropriate actions to drive business performance.
- Compile and regularly update customer and market data.
- Create and execute quarterly and monthly call plans to visit customers as per target.
- Enhance the scientific image of MJN and build brand equity by conducting educational meetings with healthcare providers, managing budget, objectives, types, and periods.
- Work closely with the SFE team to update customer profiling data regularly.
- Ensure product availability in the medical channel (hospital, pharmacy, clinic).
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships, especially with key opinion leaders and decision makers in hospitals and institutions.
- Ensure compliance with the MJN code of business conduct.
- Establish a self‑development plan and enhance individual performance through sales training, feedback, and coaching.
- Senior representative or district manager experience in the nutritional or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience handling paediatric products is preferable.
- Experience in successfully negotiating contracts.
- Ability to work with teams in a complex, changing environment to deliver value‑added results.
- Track record of achieving superior sales or market share growth using advanced selling skills.
