Job opportunity for Business Development - Surabaya at Komunal Indonesia in Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.
Kualifikasi- Menginisiasi dan mengembangkan kerja sama dengan borrower dan mitra bisnis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan portofolio lending.
- Melakukan pipeline generation melalui identifikasi dan akuisisi calon borrower potensial.
- Melakukan analisis kredit awal terhadap borrower, termasuk penilaian kelayakan dan risiko pembiayaan.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan borrower untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kerja sama.
- Melakukan account management terhadap borrower existing, termasuk monitoring performa dan kebutuhan pembiayaan lanjutan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait untuk memastikan proses pembiayaan berjalan lancar dan sesuai kebijakan Business Development
