Business Development Specialist at Martha Electronics

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers across electronics manufacturing and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PCB solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Strategic Sales.
• Experience with in the PCB, Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, Semiconductor, Industrial Components, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
