Sales & Business Development Supervisor

(Eco Flow - Power Station)

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships for Eco Flow power stations and portable energy solutions in Indonesia. As the main distributor of Eco Flow in Indonesia, we are seeking a highly motivated professional to accelerate business growth across multiple sectors. Candidates with an established network and proven channel resources in the consumer electronics, solar energy, renewable energy, power solutions, or related industries will be highly preferred.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Eco Flow power stations and energy solutions across commercial, industrial, and consumer markets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, strategic partners, and channel networks within the consumer electronics, solar panel, renewable energy, and energy solution industries.

Prepare and present customized sales proposals and solutions based on customer energy needs.

Conduct product presentations, solution briefings, and demonstrations of Eco Flow products.

Manage sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and successfully close sales agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and after-sales) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry-related events to promote Eco Flow products and expand business connections.

Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and market development updates.

Focus on expanding business opportunities and strengthening channel partnerships, particularly in Solo, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, and the surrounding regions, with priority given to candidates who have established business networks in these areas.

Candidates with strong channel resources and proven business networks in the consumer electronics, solar panel, renewable energy, battery storage, and energy solution industries will be highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Energy, Business, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

Experience in power solutions, renewable energy, electrical products, batteries, solar systems, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.

Strong interest or understanding of portable power stations, energy storage systems, and smart energy solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to work with sales targets and analyze market data effectively.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Able to drive and holding a valid Class A driving license is preferred.

Willing to travel as required for business development activities.
