PT Rama Putra Djaya melalui Captain Mami Lezza mencari Team Leader untuk membimbing tim Sales Door-to-Door yang beranggotakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Posisi ini memimpin, merekrut, melatih, dan mengembangkan tim di depo serta memastikan target penjualan tercapai.
Anda akan mengelola operasional depo, membentuk tim 8 orang per depo per bulan, dan mengikuti program pelatihan 90 hari di Jatibening, Bekasi, sambil berkontribusi pada pengembangan komunitas.
