• This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationship with existing customer.
• This role requires a strategic approach for sales and strong negotiation skill. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target and deep understanding of the industry

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan and exceed the target
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct product presentations to potential customers / KOL

• Serve as a primary point of contact for high value customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Handle customer complaint

• Stay updated on the industry trends, competitor activities, market situation and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, and potential product improvements.

• Maintain accurate record of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in dashboard report
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts in respected territory / account for leaders to review

• Share best practice and contribute to a high-performance sales culture

• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Self-starter with strong results orientation and success in moving business toward long-term goals
• Experience in cardiovascular therapy or industry
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering or pharmacy
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory
• Experience managing cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory
• Willingness to be based in Surabaya as this role will be managing East Java Region
