Job Description
- Mencapai target penjualan dan mengembangkan customer
- Mencari client baru dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan customer
- Membuat proposal dan melakukan negosiasi dengan customer
- Mengelola dan update data sales pipeline & CRM
- Koordinasi dengan tim internal untuk kebutuhan customer
- Mengurus administrasi sales dan follow up customer
- Membuat report penjualan dan pipeline secara rutin
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman di operasional Kapal Tongkang/ Shipping atau di industri ekspedisi/ freight forwarding pelayaran (container, shipping line, cargo antar pulau)
- Memiliki komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Target oriented dan proaktif
- Bisa bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales/business development/marketing
- Familiar dengan sistem CRM
