Develop and manage national/regional sales channels

Build and maintain distributor relationships

Negotiate commercial policies and sales agreements

Achieve assigned sales targets

Provide regular sales forecasting and market feedback

Qualifica
tions

3-5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, especially familiar with RAC channels in Surabaya Region

Strong local distributor network.

Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills

Fluent in English and local language.
