Sales Executive

This is a sales role in the real estate and property sector, focused on achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, prospecting for new buyers, and building long-term client relationships.

Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the company

Assist with sales negotiations, collection of booking documentation, and completion of purchase administration

Identify and manage prospects through exhibitions, mall events, canvassing, digital exhibitions, and social media advertising

Conduct product presentations and offers, explaining property specifications, project advantages, payment schemes, and unit prices to clients face-to-face or online

Build and maintain networks and long-term communication (follow-up) with potential clients or external agents

Bachelor's degree in any field

Sales and negotiation skills to interact effectively and reach agreements with prospective clients

Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey property offers and benefits clearly

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and team-oriented approach

Experience in real estate and property industry preferred
