Business Director (Southeast Asia E-commerce)

Guangzhou / Any one of the capital of the 5 Southeast Asian countries

Approximately 1-2 weeks per month, covering core markets across the 5 Southeast Asian countries
Position Type

Management role, leading the business team to carry out daily work
- Take charge of the business development of Tik Tok and Shopee agency operation and large-scale media advertising business in the Southeast Asian region, focus on major brand clients, formulate and implement business strategies, and achieve annual performance targets.
- Develop, establish and maintain the cooperation system for major brand clients, and drive the implementation of in-depth strategic cooperation.
- Lead the business team to complete client development, negotiation, contract signing and subsequent relationship maintenance; coordinate the team’s daily management and capability building, and build a high-performance business team.
- Gain insight into the trends of Southeast Asian cross-border e-commerce and advertising industries, optimize the business model based on client needs, and enhance the company's brand influence in the TSP/MCN sector.
- Hold relevant backgrounds such as founder of TSP or MCN, TSP Director or MCN Director, with hands-on experience and resources in business cooperation with major brand clients in Southeast Asia.
- Be familiar with the platform rules of Tik Tok and Shopee in Southeast Asia, as well as the business logic of agency operation and large-scale media advertising business; possess the management capability to build a business system from scratch and lead a team effectively.
- Be adaptable to stationing in multiple Southeast Asian countries and the travel rhythm of 1–2 weeks per month; equipped with excellent cross-cultural communication, business negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Have sharp market insight into the cross-border e-commerce industry, be highly goal-oriented, be able to work under high pressure, and drive the continuous growth of the team and business.
