Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and approach potential clients (corporate, schools, travel agents, event organizers, communities)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Represent Rasamadu Heritage at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (tourism/hospitality experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel for business purposes
