Overview
Trainer Telesales (Finance Project) | Penempatan:
Solo
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for telesales agents.
- Develop training materials, modules, scripts, and sales guidelines.
- Conduct product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and communication skills training.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance after training sessions.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and improvement plans to increase sales performance.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations to identify training needs.
- Ensure training aligns with company targets, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Conduct refreshment training and performance improvement sessions when required.
- Prepare training reports and documentation.
- Proven experience as a Trainer in BPO telesales environment.
- Strong knowledge of telesales processes and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and coaching skills.
- Able to work in shifts.
- English proficiency will be a plus.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
