Sales Executive

Based in your domicile region, we are seeking a sales executive with mobility to handle regional customers and grow the areas. If the applicant has experience in food ingredients marketing, it will be prioritized.

• Develop, promote, and manage sales activities at various levels of customers in the area to achieve targets, brand awareness, and customer goals.
• Report activities and troubleshoot daily to your PIC (person in charge).
• Make plans, execute, and report all activities.
• Manage customers' requirements to headquarter, including demonstrations, seminars, problems, and suggestions.
• Visit customers according to plan and achieve daily visitation targets.
• Explore new areas for development.
• Communicate and consistently monitor the progress of sales to headquarters.
• Observe ongoing market trends and report to headquarter for product development.

• Available for travel and daily mobility.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Experience in managing various business targets and budgets, and able to grow business in the area.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations.
• Good communication skills.
• Confident and able to work under pressure.
