We  Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt Ltd  is recognized for offering end-to-end waste management services catered to assist Producers, Importer & Brand Owners (PIBOs) that comply to EPR under plastic waste management rules 2016 and all the successive amendments, we required:

Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Interpretation and Compliance:

Interpretation of plastic waste management laws, rules, and regulations applicable to corporate firms and other entities.
Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and amendments related to PWM, EPR, and relevant environmental laws.
Research and interpretation of legal frameworks to ensure compliance with PWM and EPR mandates.
Portal and Regulatory Filings:

Proficient in navigating and utilizing the Pollution Control Board's X-Gen Portal for registrations, such as Producer, Importer, and Brand Owner (PIBO), Plastic Waste Processors (PWP), action plans, and EPR filings.
Handle documentation and data collection for PWM Registration and EPR compliance submissions.

Legal Drafting and Documentation:

Draft, review, and examination of various legal notices, agreements, reports, and other documents.
Assist in drafting and Inspecting client documents, agreements, and correspondence with a focus on compliance with PWM laws.
Prepare legal memorandums, notices, and reports, presenting complex legal concepts in clear, concise English for internal and external stakeholders.

Legal Research and Presentations:

Conduct in-depth legal research on topics related to the Plastic Waste Management Act.
Create presentations and write articles on PWM regulations and related compliance matters.

Coordination and Communication:

Assist senior legal counsel in briefing external legal advisors, drafting pleadings, and preparing legal submissions.
Liaise and make necessary communications with relevant authorities regarding PWM registration, EPR compliance, and any legal proceedings.

Client Advisory:

Advise corporate clients on legal requirements under the PWM Act, EPR obligations, and pollution control regulations.
Draft and review correspondence to regulators, notices to clients, and responses to legal inquiries.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Education:

B.tech (Preferably Environment) / Any Graduate

Experience:

2-3 years of experience
Salary Range:  25,000k
-30,000k
