Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Technician located in Surat. The RO Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of RO systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring optimal system functioning, conducting water quality tests, maintaining service records, and assisting clients with operational guidance.

Additionally, the technician will collaborate with the broader service team to provide excellent customer support and ensure uninterrupted access to pure water.

Qualifications

Installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting skills related to RO systems and water purification equipment.
Familiarity with water quality testing and system performance assessment.
Basic electrical and mechanical repair skills relevant to RO systems and water coolers.
Ability to maintain accurate service records and write detailed maintenance reports.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service skills to assist clients with operational guidance.
Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities in a timely manner.
Previous experience in the water purification industry or a related field is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in plumbing or water systems are advantageous.
